"Two years ago I suffered a pinched sciatic nerve. I was a walker and did at least 2K five times a week. That pinched nerve changed my life.
My physiotherapist said that I should try Tai Chi! She told me Greg Magwood was a master in both Tai Chi and The Martial Arts and she would have no problem turning me over to him.
He invited me to come and try a class, and I fell in love with what it's all about and signed up. I have been going twice a week since then.
You learn by doing the physical part, but also, there is teaching on the mental level. The combination is put together to make you better both physically and mentally. It is a class of learning with your mind and your body.
I am now walking 2 to 3 times a week, with little or no pain. I can heartily recommend Greg's classes to those who would like to learn from a master how to do Tai Chi and martial arts combined."
